Drawing, gouache colors, Chinese ink and water dyes on paper, 76 × 53cm, 1996.

Through experimentation in his artistic expression and tools, Ahmed Ragab Sakr proves
that his works of art are obviously complete, and also shows the high skill he has reached.
Mr. Sakr has presented the art of his country stunningly. These works of art, especially
those related to the heritage of his homeland, are rich in its considerable high-level ar-
tistic ideas and have a focus of vision and beauty of thought, as well as clarity and read-
ability. He always focuses on the essence, uniformity and even intensification, which is
consistent with the initial tendency to the centralization of works, steadily moving to have
a unique character in art production, which is clear in the effects of form, color, composi-
tion, and visual balance.
