المساحات و المدن بين والموحد المشترك الشكل التخاطب وأحيا ًنـا والتواصل للاتصال نيويورك- القاهرة
تمثل الكابلات كوسائل
وأيا كانت المسافات والازمنة والفوارق بين هذه المدن والمساحات تظل تلك الكابلات هي الثابت الوحيد،المختلفة
وهنا أتن�اول في مشروعى تجربتى الشخصية في الانتقال،في كل هذه المتغيرات الاجتماعية والنفسية واللغوية
وكيف أصبحت أنا نفسى جزء من هذه، والانفصال والتواصل في ان واحد بين مدينتين وعالمين بكل اختلافاتهما
حيث وجدت نفسى بين شقي الرحي،الشبكة المعقدة للتواصل بين هذين العالمين بعد انتقالى بأسرتى الي نيويورك
وبالأخص حين، للحنين من جهة والتغيير من جهة أخري بكل تعقيدات وممارسات الفنان الفكرية والنفسية
أو حين تم، نيويورك- أصبحت جزء لا يتجزأ من منظومة الكابلات والشبكات المحيطة بى فوق منزلى بستاتن أيلاند
وارتب�اط، وكذلك مفردات الحياة والترتيب�ات المختلفة لى ولأسرتى،توصيل جسدى بكابلات تسجل ضربات القلب
لكنها تضع، ولغات مختلفةو مهام عديدة، كل ذلك بمنظومه معقدة من الشبكات والكابلات تتخذ أشكال عدة
.الإنسان المعاصر دائما في حالة تواصل دائم دون توقف مابين ماضيه وحاضره

As means of connection and communication, cables represent the common and unified
form among different cities and areas. Regardless of distances, times, areas, and differenc-
es among these cities and areas, these cables remain the only constant among all these
social, psychological, and linguistic variables. Here, in my project, I present my personal
experience of relocation, separation, and communication at the same time between two
cities and two worlds with all their differences. After moving with my family to New York, I
have become a part of this complex network of communication between these two worlds.
I found myself caught between nostalgia and change, with all the intellectual and psycho-
logical complexities and practices of the artist, especially when I became an integral part of
the cable and network system surrounding me over my house in Staten Island, New York, or
when my body was connected to heart rate cables, besides the vocabulary of life and vari-
ous arrangements of my family and me. All these are associated with a complex cable and
network system having multiple forms, different languages, and many functions. However,
it always puts the modern man in a constant, continuous state of communication between
his past and his present.
