Procedures: -

1.	Applications should be handed with the name of individuals or companies.Note: In case of a company, forms should be presented on papers that show the logo or the trade mark of the company.
2.	In case of a special invitation sent to the artist, a photocopy of the invitation should be enclosed.
3.	Two colorful photographs (for every single work) are required.
4.	If the tableau had been bought, a photocopy of the bill is needed aside to the original copy of the bill itself (for matching).
5.	If the work belongs to an Egyptian artist, an agreement script (as permission from the artist) should be included.
6.	The commitment form of covering the transportation fees needs to be filled, For the Fine Art Sector is not in charge of any costs or fees for the process of transportation.
